Forte Analytics Is Now SOC 2 Type I Compliant
Forte Analytics is committed to delivering the highest standards of security to our clients, which is why we are proud to announce that, as of December 2022, we have achieved SOC 2 Type I certification. This certification validates that Forte’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the SOC 2 standards for security and confidentiality.
A SOC 2 Type I report is granted after a company undergoes a rigorous audit administered by an independent third-party firm. By completing the SOC 2 process, Forte Analytics has developed and implemented a system of controls and operational procedures to meet a globally recognized security standard.
About SOC 2 Compliance
Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 is an IT auditing program developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to evaluate the systems, policies, and controls an organization uses to process data, verifying the suitability of the design and ensuring security protocols are in place to protect the data. SOC 2 is the industry gold standard for data security and has become a requirement for those working with large enterprises.

What’s Next
We are committed to completing our SOC 2 Type II compliance by June 2023. This next step will validate the effectiveness of the controls that have been implemented for the Type I audit over a six-month period. Moving forward, we’ll undergo annual SOC 2 Type II recertification, so our clients can be confident that their data are secure.
